Our purpose is to build a compassionate faith community which is multicultural in membership and celebration and which works for justice in our neighborhoods, our city, and the wider world.

All individuals and all families
welcomed and celebrated!

RVUUC holds no Sunday services in August, but please join the community for a picnic on Sun, Aug 17 from 11:30 am to 2 pm at Judkins Park (2150 South Norman). Or come to the annual campout and retreat in Mona’s Meadow on Hood Canal on Aug 22–24. See the Activities page for more info.

Sunday services resume on Sept 7 with RVUUC's traditional Homecoming Water Ceremony, so remember to save a bit of water from places you may visit this summer!

RVUUC is an urban fellowship located in central Seattle, just two blocks west of Boren at the south end of Broadway. Parking is available behind the building and on the street. Sunday services start at 10:30 am (except in August, when there are no Sunday services). After an opening family time, children go to their classes unless the service is described as intergenerational. Nursery care is provided cooperatively. A potluck brunch follows each service. All individuals and all families are welcome. Please join us!

You can reach us by email or by phone at (206) 722-4880. RVUUC is a small congregation with limited administrative support, so we may be slow in getting back to you. If you can't wait, just stop by for service this Sunday and our friendly greeters will answer all your questions.

Our monthly newsletter is now available online! You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer to read the file. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader, you can download it free from Adobe. If you would like an online subscription to the newsletter, let us know.
